COVID-19 has really been a kick in the pants for many U.S. and international business owners over the past week. It has disrupted the lives of millions and been a burden on small business owners.
Several industries have been particularly hurt such as restaurants and event producers. Some states have even started to lock down door-to-door knocking and interaction.
Earlier this week, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg announced that the social media giant would be unveiling the Facebook Small Business Grants Program, a $100 million grant to help small businesess.
Who Is Eligible?
Facebook is offering $100M in cash grants and ad credits for up to 30,000 eligible small businesses in over 30 countries where we operate. We’ll share more details as they become available.
Interested business owners can visit the program’s website for more information.
